  • Enough scope to show serious progress and ROI.
  • Early-stage establishment of Centre of Excellence – setting up for automation culture and ideation for further automation.

5+ Process Implementation

  • Includes 3-5 processes plus,
  • Tackle a wider program of automation to achieve ROI.
  • An enterprise-wide approach to automation.
  • Creation of a crowdsourced automation ideation pipeline for your business.

Cost: 350k +   |    Duration: 6-12 months
