Our Packages
1. Virtual RPA CoE
Key to driving an enterprise automation strategy is the establishment of a RPA Centre of Excellence.
To realise an enterprise automation vision, businesses should establish a self-sustaining and scalable RPA expertise to build, run and maintain the robots.
How it works?
Businesses must treat RPA as an enterprise capability, and resist the temptation to make quick wins by implementing automation silos that only bring short-term benefits.
Developing an RPA CoE is an important step in establishing a foundation for automation in your business.
Establishing a complete capability from day 1 can be costly and expensive if done through hiring a full-time team, that is where ClearPoint can help.
As well as implementing your RPA solution using UIPath, ClearPoint can provide your RPA CoE “as a service”. This will enable you to get the right structures and approach to automation from day 1, and when you are ready at a later date you can bring the CoE inhouse, or a combination. We still need strong sponsorship from within your business for success.

2. RPA - Bot Lifecycle Management - manage your digital workforce
Support, maintenance and minor enhancements of existing UiPath RPA solution across its life cycle.
To ensure you always get the most out of your digital workforce, you need insight and analysis, a level of transparency and reliability that many businesses can’t achieve on their own. This package will provide your business with support, maintenance and minor enhancements of your UiPath RPA solution & bots across their lifecycle.
How it works:
Managed service option cost: Include a set amount of hours per month as well as a level of proactive maintenance.
Bronze option: Lowest level of cover, reactive support without a monthly committed fee. Not recommended.
Silver option: Active and proactive management supported with a base level of allocated hours per month. We maintain a small backlog of automation enhancements or improvements to existing processes that we will implement overtime. We’ll also optimise your investment in UiPath and work to keep your bot utilisation levels up.
Gold option: High level of engagement. Supported with high level of service delivery including a larger allocation in the backlog to ensure your system is constantly evolving and improving.
Cost: Depending on the amount of time required
Duration: Monthly periods as agreed
3. UiPath Talent - Helping you scale
We augment your existing RPA team with top UiPath talent to help you achieve your automation outcomes.
You can choose between….
- Individual talent: Under your direction, our people work within one of your existing teams.
- UiPath Squad or ClearPoint team: Our team works within an existing tribe, and we take responsibility for a subset of the desired outcome. We closely collaborate with your product owners to deliver the results.
- A Hybrid team: Combines the right people from ClearPoint with people from your staff, who work together as one super team.
